The vision of Learn2 is to seed and ignite learning within the heart of The New Rouse Hill community – where residents, workers and visitors have equal opportunity and access to a range of formal and informal Learning options. 

As a result of community development and learning activities at The New Rouse Hill, an overaching vision has evolved to ecopmass all aspects of learning and community at The New Rouse Hill;
